It adopts a sophisticated four‑roll structure to deliver high processing accuracy without surface damage to sheets. Equipped with our in‑house developed tool‑free rapid roll‑changing system, it overcomes the typical drawbacks of conventional embossers, namely complicated roll disassembly and lengthy downtime for commissioning. Thanks to modular pattern expansion design, one machine serves multiple purposes with high space efficiency, perfectly matching modern order patterns featuring a wide product range, small batches and frequent pattern switches.
